Partou UK is hiring a Nursery Room Leader for Amersham, Buckinghamshire. This full-time role (40 hours per week) involves overseeing the daily running of a room, delivering stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS, and supporting children's learning and development.

You will lead and inspire your team in a safe, inclusive setting, build strong partnerships with colleagues and families, and commit to safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and CPD.

About the Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
