Job summary

Partou Sunny Days Nursery & Pre-school in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to cover a full-time 40-hour week for 9 months to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager. The role focuses on safeguarding, EYFS learning and strong partnerships with families.

You will lead a team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment and deliver high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

About the Role

Partou Sunny Days Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Managerto help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
