Job summary

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities in line with the EYFS.

You will lead a team, provide safeguarding and continuous professional development, and build strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and child development understanding.

Salary £31,532 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
