The Old Station Nursery is hiring a Cook for our Brockley, London nursery. This full-time role (8:30–17:30, Mon–Fri) involves preparing meals, planning menus, and engaging children in baking activities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid Food and Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate strong knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements. Previous experience in scratch cooking, baking, andmenu preparation is also required.

Pay: £15.25 per hour / £31,720 per year based on 40 hours

As a Cook in our nursery, you’ll:

About our Nursery

The Old Station Nursery Tressillian Road is set in a beautiful period property in the Victorian Suburb of Brockley. The nursery was fully refurbished in 2024 and offers five bright and spacious rooms divided by age group. All have been designed to focus on development through play and exploration, with first-class resources to support our children. Outside is a large outdoor space where children can play and explore activities, learning about sustainable growing practices and our environmental impact. Located on Tressillian Road within easy access from the A20 and near to Brockley and Lewisham Train Station. Parking is available outside for the team.
