What will you be doing:

• Prepare 6-month menus, gathering feedback from catering staff, Managers, and Regional Managers to finalize menus
• Support and guide catering staff and Nursery Manager
• Monitor catering standards to ensure high-quality practice
• Assist in recruitment and selection of catering staff alongside the Nursery Manager
• Audit kitchens regularly to ensure compliance with TCC and PSN standards
• Ensure all kitchen paperwork is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with nursery staff
