Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our Elan Pre School in Haywards Heath. You will support children, help them thrive, and contribute to a positive, safe nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children preferred.

What will you be doing

• Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained

• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of theEarly Years Foundation stage
• Notify your line manager of anyconcerns or issuesregarding company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain apositive attitudeat all times with children, parents, visitors and work colleagues
• Ensureconfidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
• Attend regularstaff meetings, planning meetingsandundertake trainingas required
