Finkley Nurseries is seeking a Level 3+ Early Years Practitioner to join our Salisbury setting. You’ll create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s development in a fun, nurturing environment, delivering hands-on EYFS activities and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification required.
• Experience with EYFS and Famly desirable.
• Proactive, organised, and positive energy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning through EYFS.
• Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
• Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly.
• Support all children, including those with SEND.

Salary: Up to £21,120.00 Per year Dependant on Qualifications and experience

The Role

We are looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner To create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.
