Recruiting for Assistant Room Leader at our Outstanding Watford Branch!

Hours: 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year (not term time)

Salary: UP TO £29,080.00 per annum

Requirements

• Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines, minimum Level 3
• Ideally reside within a 40-minute commute
• Experience leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work well in a team and confidently lead
• Empathetic, caring, and friendly demeanor
• Strong planning and organizational skills
