About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our client's new nursery on in Crawley. The nursery is set in a beautifully renovated Victorian home with light, modern, and spacious interiors, complemented by extensive outdoor areas. These include gardens for each age group and a dedicated Forest School area, creating a magical environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years to play, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
  • Provide strong leadership, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Plan and implement an engaging, individualized curriculum that fosters each child’s development.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage operational duties, including staffing, budgeting, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in a nursery management role or a similar leadership position.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment where children and families feel at home.
