Job summary

Kiddi Caru Exeter, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring Nursery Assistant to join our supportive team in Exeter. You will help care for and inspire children, supporting their curiosity and growth every day.

We offer 35 days’ annual leave, flexible working, strong progression, and extensive family benefits as part of a five-star nursery environment. DBS checks are required and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
• Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
