Kiddi Caru Sowton in Exeter is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will help care for and support young children, encouraging curiosity and positive development in a warm, child-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification required.
• DBS check and safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to support and engage early years children.

Responsabilités

• Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained.
• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Prepare and supervise activities under guidance of Level 3 Practitioners.
• Ensure policy adherence and safeguarding practices.
• Create a welcoming, safe environment for children and parents.
• Attend staff and planning meetings and participate in training.
