Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Eastbourne is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join its regular bank team with flexible hours. You will support children's learning and daily routines, contribute to a nurturing environment and build strong relationships with families and staff.

Level 3 Early Years is advantageous, but experienced applicants without it are encouraged to apply. We offer weekly pay and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, with opportunities to progress into a permanent

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional references.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child development.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing across the nursery.
• Assist with fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
• Help maintain a safe, happy and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support daily routines including mealtimes, outdoor play and learning activities.

The Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification would be an advantage, but experienced Nursery Assistants without a Level 3 qualification are encouraged to apply.
