Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. is assisting a nursery in Evesham to recruit Nursery Practitioners on a flexible bank basis. Shifts run across 8am–6pm with a weekly rota and you can pick up as many shifts as your availability allows.

Starting ASAP, you will support children with learning and daily routines, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and help create a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of care. Training and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Childcare qualification desirable but entry routes welcomed.

I am supporting a wonderful nursery, who are in need of caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. They have flexibility to work around a weekly rota, whereby you will be able to pick up as many shifts as your availability allows. The nursery are keen to build a pool of familiar faces, and create a good close knit team of staff to fill these weekly rotas.

You'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. These shifts can start at 8am and the latest shift would be 6pm, with rota times varying between this.

• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
