Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the daily care, supervision, and learning of children aged 0-5.

3. Support with observations and contribute to individual development plans.
4. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality policies.
5. Work collaboratively as part of a team and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of child development and safeguarding.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• DBS on the update service.
