Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in Peterborough is seeking a Senior Nursery / Area Manager to support multiple settings across Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will lead and develop Nursery Managers, ensuring high quality care, safeguarding, curriculum delivery, and compliance, while supporting Ofsted inspections.

The role requires multi-site management experience, a driver’s license, strong EYFS knowledge, and budgeting acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role
• At least 1 year leading across multiple settings
• Experience delivering Ofsted inspections
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety practices
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy and budgets
• Car driver required

Our Clients are now looking for a Nursery Area Manager to support settings based in the Peterborough and surrounding areas. Working alongside the Regional Team you will manage and support the Nursery Managers in their day to day running of their settings, together with focusing on quality, safeguarding, curriculum, compliance, and supporting in Ofsted Inspections.

You will need to have experience of multi - site setting support, a car driver, and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is c£54k with Car Allowance.

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
