About Early Years Ltd. in Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire seeks an Area Manager for a high-performing region across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

You will lead up to 7 nurseries, mentor Nursery Managers, and drive regional strategy to deliver strong educational and commercial outcomes with a focus on safeguarding and Ofsted excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an Early Years Area Manager or Senior/Cluster Nursery Manager overseeing large-scale operations.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Degree, EYPS, or EYITT highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of EYFS frameworks, Ofsted metrics, and safer recruitment.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire sites and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: coach and develop Nursery Managers and build robust succession plans.
• Quality excellence: drive educational standards and strive for Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

Location: Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire (Seven Sites)

Salary: Up to £60,000 basic + £6,000 car allowance + up to £8,000 bonus + £5,000 welcome bonus

The Ideal Candidate

We want to hear from experienced multi‑site leaders who thrive on autonomy and commercial growth.

• A proven track record as an Early Years Area Manager or as a Senior/Cluster Nursery Manager overseeing large‑scale operations.
