Exemplar Health Care's Willowbeck care home in Sheffield is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to lead the on-site nursing team on night shifts and drive quality of care.

You’ll ensure clinical governance, act as Named Nurse for residents, and develop staff through supervision, training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience or training/qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team on night shift to meet residents' medical, physical and emotional needs.
• Drive quality and maintain high standards of care; lead continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, observation, handover, care planning and risk assessment policies.
• Act as Named Nurse for residents, overseeing care profiles and updates.
• Supervise unit medication management including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal.
