You will lead a nursing and care team on a dedicated unit, delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards under the Clinical Nurse Manager. The role requires a first-level nursing registration and post-registration supervisory experience.

You will drive quality, manage medication processes, and champion continuous improvement while supporting staff development and training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Post-registration management/supervisory experience or training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead your unit's care and nursing teams to meet residents' medical, physical and emotional needs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain and develop high standards and drive improvement.
• Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks of the unit.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are updated in a timely manner.
• Act as Named Nurse for residents with oversight of care profiles and medication management.
