East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre day unit. You will lead a team delivering chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies to adults, ensuring high standards of care from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.

You will mentor staff, deputise for the Unit Sister and help develop nursing practice in a dynamic cancer care setting.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with the NMC.
• Experience leading a nursing team in a clinical setting.
• Ability to coordinate and develop nursing practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Nurse Team Leader unit at MVCC delivering high-quality care.
• Coordinate overall unit management and staffing requirements.
• Mentor and support qualified and unqualified staff, promoting best practice.
