Job summary

NHSGGC invites applications for a Nurse Team Leader in East Dunbartonshire HSCP, leading District Nursing within Adult Community Nursing. You will support the Senior Nurse Manager to ensure safe, person-centred care and drive improvements with the multidisciplinary team.

The role is permanent, 36 hours per week over five shifts, Monday to Friday, based in East Dunbartonshire. We value leadership, collaboration and delivering high-quality community nursing services across our network.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with the NMC registration.
Experience in community nursing.
Clinical leadership experience.
Knowledge of quality improvement in healthcare.
Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality Adult Community Nursing.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Nurse Manager in delivering safe, effective and person-centred Adult Nursing services.
Provide clinical and professional leadership within the community nursing environment, focusing on District Nursing.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote effective service delivery and outcomes.
