Horsfall House, a charitable provider of nursing and dementia care in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the on-shift care team. You will coordinate care delivery, promote resident wellbeing and ensure compliance with NMC standards and Horsfall House policies.

You will support residents and families, manage incidents, and help maintain a safe, compassionate, homely environment across the unit.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments and clinical records.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changing needs.
• Administer, record, store and dispose of medication in line with legislation and policies.
• Liaise with GPs, community teams and other health professionals.
• Lead the care team on shift and provide supervision to colleagues.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
