Guild Care at Linfield House in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to provide overnight, person-centred care for residents with dementia and to guide the night team.

You will need current NMC registration, a calm and compassionate approach, strong communication, and a willingness to take responsibility for the home’s operations during shifts. Flexible bank shifts available.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Calm, confident and compassionate approach.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience in team coordination or supervision.
• Commitment to delivering dementia-focused care.
• Willingness to take responsibility for home operations during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Providing empathetic, person-centred nursing care, especially overnight.
• Leading and coordinating the night team, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Championing the dignity, comfort and respect of residents living with dementia.
• Maintaining open communication with families and external healthcare professionals.
• Upholding the highest standards by maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Taking proactive responsibility for the overall operational flow of the home during your shifts.
