Job summary

Horsfall House in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead the on-shift care team and coordinate nursing services for residents. You will ensure person-centred, high-quality care aligned with NMC standards, regulatory requirements and Horsfall House values.

As part of the leadership team, you will support colleagues, manage incidents, and promote wellbeing, dignity and independence for residents while maintaining accurate clinical records.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required and current.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Competent in clinical decision-making and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team on shift to ensure safe, compassionate nursing care.
• Coordinate and supervise care delivery within the unit.
• Manage incidents, emergencies and risk assessments promptly.
• Support colleagues and contribute to staff development and supervision.
