Qualifications

• Qualified as RMN or RNLD with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in care settings.
• Ability to show empathy and understanding for the client group.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and set priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, relatives, and health care professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.
