Qualifications

• Qualified RMN or RNLD with active NMC pin.
• Experience in care setting.
• Ability to empathize with the client group.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.
• Can-do attitude in a care environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents’ needs and prioritize care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policies.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP/professional visits when necessary.
