Job summary

Orchid Healthcare in Great Yarmouth is seeking a permanent Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

We require RNLD or RMN with an active NMC PIN. This full-time role offers mixed shifts, a competitive hourly rate (£22.90), and a supportive team environment focused on compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, deliver and evaluate individual care.
• Organise and motivate carers to maintain high care standards.
• Assist in inductions and orientations for new staff.
• Liaise with other health professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate drug records and guidelines.
• Provide high-standard medical or palliative care at all times.
