Pottersway House in Church Lawton near Alsager is a 60-bed home seeking an experienced nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead the team as it grows. The role blends strong clinical oversight with commercial leadership to drive occupancy and resident outcomes, and to prepare the home for its first CQC inspection.

You will develop the Head of Department team, strengthen relationships with families and professionals, and ensure consistent governance and care while managing budgets and occupancy

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with care home management experience.
• Experience leading nursing, residential and dementia services.
• Strong clinical background and CQC knowledge.
