As a Band 6 Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Sister at Clayponds Hospital, you will
Ø Lead, coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an intermediate care setting
Ø Use advanced clinical assessment skills to support timely admissions and effective discharges
Ø Act as a visible role model, supporting junior staff through supervision, education and mentorship
Ø Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centred care
Ø Promote a learning culture, encouraging reflective practice and continuous improvement
Ø Confidently manage clinical risk, respond to emergencies, and escalate appropriately
Ø Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
Ø Remain calm under pressure and adaptable to changing service needs
