Job summary

Healix is seeking an experienced nurse to join its Government team in a UK office-based Medical Case Manager role. You will support overseas-based government employees and families, providing medical guidance via telephone and digital channels while maintaining direct patient contact where possible.

Qualifications

• Contains a valid NMC pin and UK registration.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience in clinical case management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine medical case management with focus on patient wellbeing.
• Offer medical advice and recommendations through phone/online channels.
• Coordinate with international medical professionals for information and care changes.
• Assess medical reports and write referrals to support action for patients and employers/insurers.
• Evaluate standards of care against international norms and advise on fitness to fly.
• Provide pre-travel medical planning guidance and pre-travel screening.
