Healix is seeking an Assistance Coordinator to join the Government (HMG) Contract team in Esher. You will provide proactive remote medical assistance to UK government staff and dependants overseas, with a strong focus on customer service and timely case handling.

The role requires empathetic calls, accurate documentation in the Case Management System, and collaboration with the medical team to plan care and payments.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service or call-centre roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Handle all calls with empathy and customer focus; identify needs through questioning and listening.
• Accurately document phone calls and ensure concise written communications in the Case Management System.
• Formulate a care plan with the medical team and provide appropriate guarantee of payments for HMG staff and dependants.
• Monitor ongoing cases considering medical direction, facilities, patient requirements and cost of care.
