Maximus is hiring a WCA Registered Nurse for a hybrid role in Wrexham. You will perform clinical reviews, deliver case-manager guidance on PIP-related inquiries and help drive improvements through feedback.

The role includes 6 weeks of training, ongoing mentorship, and flexible working options (full-time, part-time or hybrid). UK-wide responsibilities apply with a focus on health and employment services.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration.
• At least 1 year post-registration experience in adult or mental health.
• You MUST have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand impact on daily life.
• Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports for DWP eligibility decisions.
• Develop clinical knowledge with regular feedback and supervision.
