Maximus in Crewe is seeking a Registered Nurse / Nurse Functional Assessor to join our hybrid, full-time team. You will assess how health conditions affect daily life and prepare reports for the DWP, with formal training and ongoing support.

Starting salary £42,000, rising to £46,000 after 12 months, with flexible working options and a strong commitment to work‑life balance. Applicants must be NMC registered with at least 1 year of post‑registration experience and the right to work in the UK,

Formación

• Valid NMC registration number.
• At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorships not offered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how health conditions affect daily life.
• Produce PIP or WCA reports to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.
• Develop clinical knowledge and assessment skills with regular feedback and supervision.
