The role offers hybrid working, formal training, and ongoing mentorship; requires NMC registration and at least one year post-registration experience, with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration
• At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience
• Right to work in the UK – no sponsorships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports

Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical reviews and provide case managers with advice on complaints and enquiries in relation to PIP referrals
• Provide outcomes and feedback on all complaints about healthcare professionals for professional development and business improvement
