Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration number.
• At least 1 year of broad post‑registration adult or mental health experience.
• UK work eligibility (no sponsorship).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical reviews and provide outcomes and feedback on complaints about healthcare professionals.
• Assess complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders.
• Support case managers with advice on complaints and enquiries related to PIP referrals.
