Job summary

Maximus UK Services Limited is seeking a PIP Nurse to join our team in Barnsley on a hybrid basis. You will conduct clinical reviews and advise case managers on PIP referrals, supporting customers with complex health needs.

The role requires an NMC registration, at least 1 year post-registration experience in adult or mental health care, and the ability to work in the UK without sponsorship. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration number.
• At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience gained within or outside of the NHS.
• You MUST have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical reviews and provide case managers with advice in relation to complaints and enquiries in connection with PIP referrals.
• Work on complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders, using clinical expertise to inform assessments.
