An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Care Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Brixton Hill, London. You will work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home offers respite care, long-term residential dementia care, nursing care, nursing dementia care, and end-of-life care.

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Manager

• Provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence.
• Coordinate and coach staff to ensure effective nursing and care services, continually improve quality standards, and record clinical outcomes.
• Support and keep your team motivated to ensure the best care for residents.
• Ensure high-quality care, enriching the lives of residents.
• Share cover for on-call management rota at weekends and evenings alongside the Home Manager.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
• Extensive clinical knowledge.
• Knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation.

Benefits

The successful Care Manager will receive a salary up to GBP 58,300 per annum. This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours a week, with benefits including:
