Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking a Nurse Assessor in London. You will conduct Work Capability Assessments for health-related benefit claims and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP. Full training is provided and your NMC registration remains active.

We require a nurse with at least 12 months post-registration experience, strong written communication, and solid clinical reasoning. The role offers daytime Monday–Friday hours, with a structured training pathway and a 10% bonus on top of the base

Qualifications

• NMC-registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
• Minimum 12 months post-registration experience.
• Strong written communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Work Capability Assessments for benefit claimants.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP.
• Apply clinical judgement in assessing health-related work capacity.
• Maintain NMC registration and CPD; participate in supervision and audits.
