Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking an Adult Clinical Assessor in Luton to assess how health conditions impact daily life. You will conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments on behalf of the DWP, analyse medical evidence and write objective reports.

This role offers structured hours, hybrid working, and full paid training. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £48,000 per annum with 10% bonus potential, overtime opportunities, and 25 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Active NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration.
• At least 1 year of post-registration adult clinical experience.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Confidence working independently.
• Ability to analyse complex clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and supporting information.
• Explore how conditions affect daily activities and functional ability.
• Use clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
• Produce accurate, evidence-based reports.
