Job summary

Minerva is seeking registered adult or mental health nurses to become Functional Assessors in the UK. This hybrid role involves performing assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects daily life and producing reports to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.

You’ll use your clinical expertise to handle a range of cases, receive CPD and revalidation support, and benefit from flexible working options including full-time, part-time, or hybrid

Qualifications

• NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with 1+ year UK post-registration experience.
• Proactive learner with excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Proficient with computer software to type and produce detailed reports.
• Clinician experienced with diverse and complex cases, including mental health.

What we look for:

• An NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK
• A proactive and keen learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Someone comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports
• An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions
