Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Manager (CFM) for the UK Nuclear Market. You will ensure safe, on‑time, high‑quality and profitable deliveries to dedicated customers, coordinating with Field Services, Engineering, Sourcing, Parts and Factories to run day‑to‑day operations and planned events.

You will forecast opportunities, support commercial proposals, manage orders, and act as the single point of contact for customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma or Project Management certification required.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Power Services or Heavy Engineering industry.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Forecast future opportunities from customer sites and support sales.
• Contribute inputs to commercial proposals for customers.
• Coordinate order management and project setup in internal systems.
• Manage CSL tasks within outage planning and execution phases.
