Job summary

Assystem in Bristol, England, United Kingdom seeks a Construction Delivery Manager for nuclear new build projects. Lead strategic site setup, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of commercial principles affecting delivery.
• CDM Regulations knowledge and construction obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to produce concise, informative reports.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with managers across site operations.
• NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic site setup and construction sequencing activities.
• Develop recovery plans and allocate resources across construction activities.
• Coordinate contractors, managers and stakeholders to maintain delivery.
• Ensure construction activities comply with CDM and project requirements.
