Job summary

Nuclearinst in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Site Services Contract Manager to own a portfolio of site-based service contracts, ensuring seamless delivery, safety, and value for money across operations and facilities.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders and suppliers, drive contract performance through robust administration and reporting, and champion regulatory compliance in a high-hazard, nuclear environment using NEC contracts, CEMAR, and CAFM/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management within a regulated, high-hazard environment.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CEMAR for contract performance management.
• Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems for service delivery planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of site service contracts, ensuring safety and value for money.
• Drive contract performance through robust administration, planning, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Champion compliance with site licence conditions, CDM regulations and company procedures.
