Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in the UK Defence sector seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to support New Build and Spares & Services, driving supplier quality across the supply chain from audits to corrective actions. The role requires hands-on and office-based work at the Rugby site, with travel to suppliers and customer locations as needed.

You will lead qualification activities, review quality documentation, and ensure product compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or supplier quality environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Experience in regulated industries such as defence or nuclear is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality performance across the supply chain for defined product scope.
• Lead supplier audits, surveillance, and non-conformity resolution activities.
• Coordinate product qualification, documentation, and shipment readiness.
• Manage CAPAs, root cause analysis and continuous improvement with suppliers.
• Support procurement and project delivery to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
