The QHSE Engineer will implement and monitor Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental processes across projects, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

The role requires collaboration with operations, PMs, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company standards, while driving incident

Qualifications

• Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a QHSE, Quality, HSE, or Assurance role within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of UK health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Review and monitor project processes for client, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Assist with non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support supplier and subcontractor quality surveillance activities.
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
