ALTEN is seeking a proactive QHSE Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead quality, health, safety, and environmental processes across projects. You will collaborate with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to promote compliance, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes audits, incident investigations, regulatory adherence, and the development of QHSE metrics and dashboards to support informed decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support Quality Management System maintenance and improvements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Review project processes to ensure client, regulatory and company compliance.
• Assist with non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Produce QHSE reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Promote a strong safety culture across project teams.
