Job summary

Mace is seeking a Quality Assurance/Control professional to support QA/QC arrangements across the SZC programme. You will help prepare and maintain PQCPs for each contract, produce quality documentation, and assist in implementing the Quality execution plan, including monitoring compliance and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• An HNC/HND qualification or degree in a relevant science or engineering subject, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of implementing a variety of quality related solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Proven experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other relevant safety critical industry.
• Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience performing supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC arrangements across the SZC programme.
• Prepare and maintain PQCPs for each contract/project.
• Produce and maintain quality documentation (procedures, specifications).
• Support the implementation of the Quality execution plan and monitor performance.
• Support the development and review of supplier quality requirements within ITT documentation.
• Assist in ensuring that quality management processes are correctly applied across the supply chain.
• Review CQAPs and guide LTQR partitioning and related activities.
• Assist in identifying supply chain audit requirements and tracking findings.
• Support the development of relationships with stakeholders and inspection entities.
• Escalate potential quality issues early to enable mitigation.
• Coordinate construction surveillance activities with a graded approach.
• Review supplier ITPs for fit and distribution.
• Participate in joint inspections, surveillance, and audits.
• Coordinate LTQR reviews and deployment of LTQRs by contractors.
• Track non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Review E), ECSR, and EESR reports.
