Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Nuclear team on the Sellafield B355 project. You will report to the Commercial Manager and drive commercial management, contract administration, CVRs, forecasts and financial reporting for a major nuclear infrastructure programme on site.

This role offers exposure to high-profile projects, with opportunities to influence pricing and future work-winning activities, plus mentoring and a professional development environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Experience with CVR, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Understanding of change management and contract administration.
• Experience in procurement and subcontract management.
• Background with main contractor project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management and delivery of the Sellafield B355 project.
• Assist in NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
• Prepare and maintain CVRs, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Administer change management and compensation events.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages and payments.
• Monitor risks and opportunities and report findings.
• Maintain commercial records using contract management systems.
• Support reporting and governance for future work-winning opportunities.
