Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support decommissioning projects at Sellafield. You will oversee cost management, contract administration and commercial governance, aligning with client and contractor teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Leading procurement and cost estimation activities, you will participate in risk reviews, reporting, and change control within NEC3/NEC4 contracts under NDA and ONR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• MRICS or recognised equivalent professional membership, with plan for completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Contract Management Plans and maintain client relationships.
• Administer contracts (NEC3/NEC4) including change control and final accounts.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting and forecasting for decommissioning projects.
• Procure and tender with accurate cost data and commercial input.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with NDA, ONR and governance frameworks.
• Engage with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders for commercial alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in cost and contract management.
