Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Quality Specialist for a multi-year UK nuclear infrastructure programme. The role supports the Project Quality Manager across engineering, procurement, supplier, and delivery processes, ensuring quality requirements are defined, communicated, and verified.

The position is primarily Aldermaston with potential travel to London, offering a hybrid pattern (three days on site, two days home/office) and UK national considerations. UK nationals only; interview and terms apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in quality assurance/quality control on engineering/procurement/construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• Must be able to obtain a SC Clearance for access to the AWE site.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation, improvement, and implementation of quality procedures and plans.
• Supports quality audits and assessments and documents results.
• Provides specialist data analysis and reporting support for project quality.
• Supports SharePoint-enabled quality processes and data reporting for monitoring.
• Reviews documentation to verify quality requirements are included and flowed down.
• Maintains and improves quality management systems and project-specific processes.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve quality-related questions.
