Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking an experienced Quality Director for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will embed quality across planning, installation, verification and handover, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory expectations.

Lead the MEH Alliance Quality Strategy, manage quality records, and drive a cohesive quality approach across alliance partners, enabling safe and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, complex quality functions on long-term industrial engineering projects.
• Strong operational leadership with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation of critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the MEH Alliance Quality Strategy aligned with HPC standards.
• Lead creation and acceptance of quality records across the programme.
• Establish governance and performance metrics for quality across partners.
